Welcome to Woody's Place! We are a community dedicated to bringing fandom the best Queer as Folk (US) fanworks that our talented members have to offer via community run fests. Like our favorite bar on Liberty Avenue, we welcome everyone from fic writers to icon makers. If you create fanworks, we invite you to come have a round on us!

Community Rules
-------

1. At Woody's Place, we feature fanworks of all pairings, genres, and ratings. However, the one thing that we will not showcase is character hate or character bashing. While we respect our members' rights to like or dislike any character they choose, the mods find that the best and most productive contributions to fandom are those fanworks that treat each character with the respect that they deserve. Any prompt or submission that does contain character hate/bashing will be refused at your moderator's discretion. Check out our character hate FAQ for more info.


2. There will be a zero tolerance policy for flames and flamers. Should a member of the community or moderator find any comment offensive, the mods reserve the right to delete that comment without question and even ban the user from the community if need be. This is a community to foster growth and support our writers and artists and will remain as such.


3. Members are encouraged to direct all questions or concerns to the Page-A-Mod post. A moderator will get back with you promptly.


4. At this point in time, Woody's Place will not be featuring RPS fanworks.

Join us at Woody's Place for the community's second annual summer fest. The streets of Liberty Avenue are filled with so many wonderful characters and stories, so what better place to celebrate them than at Woodys!

All community members must be at least 18 years old due to adult content that may come up. If you apply for membership, you are certifying that you are of legal age in your country and release the moderators and members of this community from liability for your actions. You also agree to abide by all community rules. If you are under the age of 18, you may not apply.
